Guillaume Lample

Guillaume Lample is Co-founder and Chief Science Officer at Mistral AI, where he leads the science teams driving the development of cutting-edge AI models. Prior to Mistral AI, he was a researcher at Meta’s Facebook AI Research, contributing to the launch of the open-source LLaMA model in 2024. He graduated from École Polytechnique and holds a master’s in AI from Carnegie Mellon University.
