Terms of Sale

The AI Now Summit 2026 (the "Event") brings together research, applied AI, AI engineering, and corporate leaders working to build, deploy, and scale AI to achieve technical progress and to turn ideas and infrastructure into deployable systems.

These terms of sale (the "Terms of Sale") set out the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets for the Event (an "Event Ticket") and admittance to the Event by any participating individual (an "Attendee"). By purchasing an Event Ticket and attending the Event, the Attendee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

Description of the Event

The Event is organized by MISTRAL AI, a French limited joint-stock corporation, incorporated in Paris, under number 952 418 325, with VAT number FR95952418325, having its registered offices at 15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris, France ("Mistral AI"). The Event shall take place on May 28, 2026 at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, and will include various keynotes, technical sessions and research talks. The full details and schedule of the Event, as may be updated from time to time, are available on the website http://ainowsummit.com (the "Event Website").

Eligibility for the Event

Access to the Event is conditional on possession of an Event Ticket. The Event is a professional conference designed for individuals acting within the scope of their professional activities. As such, Attendee must be a professional, i.e., any natural or legal person, whether public or private, who acts for purposes falling within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal, or agricultural activity, including when acting in the name of or on behalf of another professional. Natural persons must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a Ticket. Attendee must provide accurate and up-to-date information when purchasing an Event Ticket. Mistral AI reserves the right to cancel the sale of an Event Ticket if these eligibility criteria are not met.

Purchase of Event Tickets

Attendee acknowledges and agrees that the purchase of an Event Ticket requires registration on the Event Website and acceptance of the Event Website's Terms of Use. Event Tickets may only be purchased on the Event Website. Event Tickets are sold at the following prices, as displayed during the purchase process:

  • Early Bird (available in limited quantity and subject to availability): 390€
  • Regular: 690€

Event Ticket prices are valid at the time of purchase and may be changed at any time without affecting Event Tickets already purchased. Prices are indicated in euros and are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT rate may be applied during purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, and payments may only be made by credit card. Payments will be processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd ("Stripe"), a third-party payment service provider. Payments are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy. The Event Ticket and invoice for the purchase will be issued by Mistral AI after payment and made available to Attendee by email and/or on the Event Website.

Conditions of Event Tickets

Event Tickets are personal and non-transferable, unless Mistral AI explicitly allows such transfer under defined conditions. Subject to Section 5, purchase of an Event Ticket is final, and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for any reason, including Attendee's absence or inability to attend.

Event changes and cancellation

Mistral AI may have to make certain changes to the organization of the Event, such as a change of program, speakers, themes and format of the Event. Mistral AI may also have to change the location of the Event, as long as the Event is still taking place in Paris or on the outskirts of Paris. Mistral AI may make such changes without notice, and without being liable to Attendee for any costs they may have incurred or refund of the Event Ticket.

For any change to the Event other than those listed above, or any postponement or cancellation by Mistral AI, which is not due to a force majeure event, Mistral AI's liability is limited to a potential refund of the Event Ticket, as may be requested by Attendee. Mistral AI shall not be liable for travel or accommodation costs or other costs that may be incurred by Attendee.

In any case, Mistral AI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of these Terms of Sale resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, riots, acts of terrorism, government security measures, war, pandemics or any imminent threat to the safety, health, or security of persons or property. In such cases, Event Tickets shall not be refunded and no compensation of any kind shall be due to Attendee.

Access to the Event

Attendees may be required to present valid identification matching the Event Ticket details at the Event entrance. Access to certain areas, sessions, lounges, and/or conferences is subject to capacity constraints. Certain areas, sessions, lounges and/or conferences of the Event are reserved for specific participants, and access may be limited or refused accordingly.

Expected behavior

The Event is intended to be a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants. Without prejudice to the other obligations provided herein, Attendees undertake to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Attendees must behave in an appropriate, respectful and lawful manner. For safety reasons, hazardous items, and political, ideological, religious, or advertising signs or banners are prohibited, unless explicitly authorized in writing by Mistral AI. Any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behavior, unwanted physical or verbal conduct, hate speech or the distribution of abusive or unlawful content is strictly forbidden. Mistral AI reserves the right to immediately exclude any Attendee whose behavior disrupts the Event or endangers the safety, health, or well-being of others, without refund or compensation, and without prejudice to any legal action.

Personal data

In connection with their participation in the Event, Mistral AI collects and processes personal data of Attendees in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data is processed for purposes including Event organization, ticket sales, access management and communication with Attendees, and may be shared with partners. Information on the processing of personal data, including the exercise of data subject rights, can be found in the Event Privacy Policy.

Image rights

Attendees are informed and accept that photographs and audiovisual recordings may be taken during the Event by Mistral AI, its partners, exhibitors, and the press, in all areas open to the public. By attending the Event, Attendees acknowledge that their image may be captured and used, without compensation, for informational, documentary, or promotional purposes related to the Event and its future editions, on any media and worldwide, provided that such use does not infringe their dignity or private life. Attendees may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion regarding their image, voice or any personal attributes, in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 8.

Recordings

The recording, broadcasting, or streaming of all or part of the Event is strictly prohibited without Mistral AI's prior written consent. However, Attendees are welcome to take occasional personal photos or short videos to share their experience, provided this is done in a reasonable and non-disruptive manner. This tolerance must not be abused and is at the sole discretion of Mistral AI. Upon request, Attendees will cease taking photos or videos and delete any unauthorized content.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use of any kind of the Mistral AI Intellectual Property Elements without its express authorization is prohibited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mistral AI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or purely economic losses, including loss of profits, business, data, or opportunity, arising in connection with these Terms of Sale. Mistral AI's total aggregate liability shall in any event be limited to the amount paid by the Attendee for the Event Ticket. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held to be invalid or unenforceable by law, regulation, or a court decision, such provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Mistral AI may assign or transfer all or part of these Terms of Sale, including its rights and obligations, to any third party.

Mistral AI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in force at the time of the Event Ticket purchase shall apply to the Attendee.
