These website terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the website www.ainowsummit.com (the "Event Website"), provided by the organizer of the AI Now Summit 2026 (the "Event") MISTRAL AI, a French limited joint-stock corporation, incorporated in Paris, under number 952 418 325, with VAT number FR95952418325, having its registered offices at 15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris, France ("Mistral AI").
Purpose of the Event Website
The Event Website is made available by Mistral AI to provide information relating to the Event (including its program, speakers, practical details, and any related services), enable users to purchase Event tickets and, where applicable, access dedicated online services associated with the Event.
Access to and use of the Event Website
Access to the Event Website is free of charge, except for paid services such as ticket purchases. Use of the Event Website and platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. Certain features may be reserved for registered users or ticket holders. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to use the Website and platform in a lawful and appropriate manner. Mistral AI reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in the event of misuse, security risks, or non-compliance with these Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property
The Event Website, and all content made available therein, including text, images, videos, software, databases, and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Mistral AI or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Event Website and platform solely for their intended purposes. In connection with the use of the Event Website, including purchase of Event tickets, Mistral AI collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Availability
Mistral AI uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Event Website. However, access may be temporarily limited or unavailable due to technical constraints, maintenance operations, updates, or circumstances beyond Mistral AI’s control. Mistral AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Event Website.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mistral AI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Event Website, including loss of profits, business, data, or opportunity. Mistral AI shall not be liable for any damage resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or the presence of malicious software, except where such damage results from its gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by law, regulation, or a court decision, such provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Mistral AI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The version in force at the time of use of the Event Website shall apply to users.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or performance of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
