Biography
A veteran software engineer with over 25 years of expertise in enterprise data architecture, Jorge has been a pivotal figure in modernizing financial data systems. He spearheaded the design and implementation of ABANCA’s Corporate Data Warehouse, a unified global platform serving four countries.
With a career spanning high-impact projects in Financial Planning, Analytical CRM, and Capital Allocation, Jorge has transitioned his focus to the frontier of AI industrialization. In recent years, he has pioneered the organization’s MLOps practice, successfully scaling AI across the enterprise. He currently leads the AI team, which has deployed over 100 production-ready use cases, driving measurable value through advanced analytics, machine learning, and Gen AI.
